An hour long fun but challenging session designed to get your group moving.
We explore the original repertoire of Mat Pilates and the dynamic transitions of Animal Flow to build strength, coordination and body awareness all the while keeping it playful.

Breath Foundations: Pranayama for Beginners. Ongoing in batches. 1 hour

A gentle, foundational breathwork workshop.
We learn to observe our current breath pattern. Understand functional breathing, and progressively learn breathwork and yogic practices that support daily life and mind–body connection. Ongoing fluid sessions conducted privately.

These one-on-one sessions blend self Myofascial techniques to release tight dominant muscles, exercises to strengthen the weaker muscles and a short pranic healing session for the individual localised pain point.
